Role of C5a-C5aR1 axis in monocyte mediated extracellular trap formation. Monocyte extracellular trap formation was observed by fluorescence double staining with myeloperoxidase (green) and citrulline histone 3 (red) of THP-1 cells as markers after exposure to CM from spike expressing cells incubated with or without C5a inhibitor PMX205 and ROS inhibitor YCG063 for five days.
